Cold Peach Strawberry Soup



Serves 6 to 8

You’ll Need
· 1 peeled and sliced peach
· 1 cup sliced strawberries
· 8 ounces plain yogurt
· 2 Tablespoons sugar
· 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Directions
· In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients
· Process until smooth
· Pour into a medium bowl.
· Cover; refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled
· Spoon soup into bowl and garnish with lemon sliced and mint if desired
