Barley Casserole

You’ll Need:
  • 1 cup barley
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 ½ cans onion soup
  • ½ can water

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Saute the barley in butter until lightly brown.

Then add soup and water and bring to a boil.

Then place in an 8 X 10 casserole dish.

Cover and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
