Cherry Crisp


3 cups red pitted tart cherries, drained
½ teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup sifted flour
1 cup Quaker oats (uncooked)
½ cup brown sugar (packed)
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter (melted)

Preheat oven to 375
Combine cherries and vanilla; place in greased 8-inch square baking pan.
Combine dry ingredients; add butter, mixing until crumbly.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over cherries.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
